Clean your shoes in 5 easy steps.
Step 1
Remove the insoles and laces. Dip your laces in a container filled with warm soapy water. Do not clean your insoles with water if they are made from natural cork.
Step 2
Brush off any mud or dirt using a shoe brush or a spare toothbrush.
Step 3
With soapy water and a toothbrush, start by scrubbing the soles of your shoes followed by the uppers (the fabric part of the shoe). As your shoes are mostly bio-based, too much water may damage them, so you may want to use material-specific cleaning products.
Step 4
Use a wet cloth to make sure any soapiness is cleaned off.
Step 5
Set all of your shoe components out to air-dry at room temperature.

Get answers to common questions here.
Can I machine wash them?
We do not recommend washing shoes in the washing machine. Washing shoes by hand is the best way to ensure they won't be accidentally damaged in the process. Our materials are built tough but some parts can be damaged in the washer, and the heat from the dryer can deform a pair of shoes.
Pre-Treat stains before washing?
Create a mild, homemade solution by mixing ½ cup of water with a tablespoon of baking soda. With a clean toothbrush, gently rub it into the stain, wait about 10 to 15 minutes, then wipe it off with a clean, damp cloth or towel.
How can I manage shine and lustre on the products?
After cleaning the shoes, use a soft cloth to apply natural wax to keep the materials hydrated and last longer.
